How long does shipping take?
Every order is roasted to order, then shipped fresh from our US roaster. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of roasting.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your address and order size.
When is my coffee roasted?
Your coffee isn't pulled from a shelf — it's roasted in small batches after you order, so it arrives at peak freshness.
What if something's wrong with my order?
If your coffee arrives damaged or something isn't right, reach out through our contact page and we'll make it right. Gigi insists.
