Gigi is a red long-haired dachshund — warm, a little spirited, and impossible not to love. She's the heart of Gigi's Coffee, and honestly, the best supervisor a roastery could ask for.

We believe great coffee should be simple: a selection of single origins and blends, roasted in small batches to order, and shipped straight to your door while they're still fresh. No warehouse shelves, no stale bags — just coffee the way it's meant to taste.

Every bag carries Gigi's stamp of approval. If she wouldn't wake up for it, we don't sell it.
